我要使大山小冈变为荒场，使其上的花草都枯乾，我要使江河变为洲岛，使水池都乾涸。
I will make waste mountains and hills, and dry up all their herbs; and I will make the rivers islands, and I will dry up the pools.
倚靠雕刻的偶像，对铸造的偶像说，你是我们的神，这等人要退后，全然蒙羞。
They shall be turned back, they shall be greatly ashamed, that trust in graven images, that say to the molten images, Ye are our gods.
你们这耳聋的听吧。你们这眼瞎的看吧。使你们能看见。
Hear, ye deaf; and look, ye blind, that ye may see.
你看见许多事却不领会。耳朵开通却不听见。
Seeing many things, but thou observest not; opening the ears, but he heareth not.
耶和华因自己公义的缘故，喜欢使律法（或作训诲）为大，为尊。
The LORD is well pleased for his righteousness' sake; he will magnify the law, and make it honourable.
但这百姓是被抢被夺的，都牢笼在坑中，隐藏在狱里，他们作掠物，无人拯救，作掳物，无人说交还。
But this is a people robbed and spoiled; they are all of them snared in holes, and they are hid in prison houses: they are for a prey, and none delivereth; for a spoil, and none saith, Restore.
你们中间谁肯侧耳听此，谁肯留心而听，以防将来呢。
Who among you will give ear to this? who will hearken and hear for the time to come?
谁将雅各交出当作掳物，将以色列交给抢夺的呢，岂不是耶和华吗，就是我们所得罪的那位。他们不肯遵行他的道，也不听从他的训诲。
Who gave Jacob for a spoil, and Israel to the robbers? did not the LORD, he against whom we have sinned? for they would not walk in his ways, neither were they obedient unto his law.
所以他将猛烈的怒气，和争战的勇力，倾倒在以色列的身上。在他四围如火着起，他还不知道，烧着他，他也不介意。
Therefore he hath poured upon him the fury of his anger, and the strength of battle: and it hath set him on fire round about, yet he knew not; and it burned him, yet he laid it not to heart.
